Once a carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. We recommend contacting your carrier directly to file a stolen package claim and filing a police report if necessary. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location and purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout.

All SAIN pieces should be machine washed cold, inside out, and hung to dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron on prints, embellishments, or rhinestones. Rhinestone pieces should always be washed inside out.
