Thank you for supporting the first SAIN drop. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase. By placing a pre-sale order you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. WHAT IS A PRE-SALE ORDER?

A pre-sale order means you are reserving your item(s) before production begins. Your order is secured at the time of purchase. All pre-sale items are produced after the presale window closes. This allows us to produce exactly what is ordered and maintain the quality and exclusivity of every SAIN piece.

2. ESTIMATED SHIP DATE

All pre-sale orders are estimated to ship by June 15, 2026. We are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way. If there are any changes to this timeline, you will be notified immediately via email. We will not leave you wondering.

3. PAYMENT

Payment is collected in full at the time of checkout. By completing your purchase you authorize SAIN to charge your payment method for the full order amount. Your card will be charged immediately upon order confirmation — not at the time of shipment.

4. CANCELLATIONS

We understand that things happen. Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of your original purchase time — no questions asked. To request a cancellation within this window please contact us immediately at info@sain.nyc with your order number.
After 48 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted as your order will have entered the production queue. We appreciate your understanding.

5. REFUNDS

Your satisfaction matters to us. Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
• You received the wrong item
• Your item arrived with a manufacturing defect
• Your order was confirmed as non-delivered by the carrier — meaning the carrier's tracking system recorded no successful delivery scan
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to info@sain.nyc with your order number and photos of the issue where applicable. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Refunds are not issued for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind after the 48 hour cancellation window has passed. We strongly encourage you to review our size guide before purchasing.

6. STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES

SAIN is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier but are subsequently reported as stolen or missing. A successful delivery is defined as a delivery scan recorded by the carrier at the shipping address provided at checkout.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors, building management, or other household members
• Contacting the carrier directly to file a stolen package claim
• Filing a police report if necessary
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location. To protect yourself against stolen or missing packages, we offer optional shipping insurance through Route Package Protection at checkout for a small additional fee. SAIN is not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

7. EXCHANGES

We will do our best to accommodate size exchanges depending on availability at the time of your request. Please contact us at info@sain.nyc within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to stock availability.

8. SIZING

Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. As a pre-sale, production is based on orders received. We cannot guarantee size substitutions after your order is placed. Size guides are available on each product page.

9. WHAT IF MY ITEM SELLS OUT?

In the rare event that a sizing or inventory error occurs on our end, we will contact you immediately and offer either a full refund or an alternative solution. We will always make it right.

SAIN is committed to keeping you informed throughout the entire process. You will receive:
• An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
• A production update when your order enters production
• A shipping confirmation with tracking number when your order ships
• Follow up support for any questions or concerns
